How prepared i am as a knowledge worker in the 4th Industrial Revolution

Industrial revolution is the way in which technology, and trends like artificial intelligence and the internet are changing the way we live and work. The fourth industrial revolution is growing rapidly out of the third revolution but is considered as the new era than a continuation because of its development and distinctiveness of its technologies.  

 Because of the profound impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on organizations, people and work processes, it is condemning to reflect on the manner in which Knowledge management is practiced in organizations. And even more importantly on the relevancy and value of Knowledge management in an age where people are seamlessly connected through ubiquitous technologies. In future data will be generated by sensor-enabled technologies and analysed by powerful business analyses tools that will inform decision making in the workplace. 

The use of technology is increasing rapidly in the commercial industry and more knowledge workers will be demanded. Knowledge management strategies have been introduced to focus on the process of creating, capturing, organizing and leveraging the information and knowledge of individuals.
